本文对预制装配式建筑的给排水、通风空调、消防排烟等机电专业设计中应注意的一些问题进行了梳理和总结。并针对预制装配式建筑的生产、施工特点，提出了机电系统设计的一些建议和思考。

Problems should be paid atention to in mechanical and electrical system design such as water supply and drainage system design, air conditioning for ventilating system design, fire smoke system design and so on, which are applied in pr- efabricated building, are reviewed and summarized in this pa- per. And focused on the characteristics of production of pref- abricated buildings and construction, some recommendations and thinking for the design of mechanical and electrical system are puts forward.
