目前我国许多城市都在尝试共同沟这种新兴的地下管线敷设方式,但由于缺乏相关的法律法规,从而引发了共同沟在我国推广的诸多争议。本文结合国内外经验和规划实践,以温州市瓯海中心区为例重点探讨共同沟建设经济性、收容管线、线路布置等问题,并提出多种实施方案进行比较。

At present, many cities in China are trying to use the utility tunnel of the underground pipeline emerging laying mode, but due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations, which led to many disputes of the utility tunnel in China. Based on the domestic and foreign experiences and planning practices, this paper taking the city of Wenzhou Ouhai Central District as an example and focuses on the economy, holding line, line layout problems of utility tunnel construction, and puts forward some implementation schemes to be compared.
