The construction of industrial park is the inherent requirement of the current economic development in China. Featured industrial park in towns accommodated to the de- velopment of new era and played an important role in the promotion of rural economy. The construction of Township industrial parks should have their distinctive local charac- teristics and obvious orientations. This paper mainly discusses how to construct township industrial parks in the context of urbanization.
