Under the mode of sustainable development which is an economic growth model that focuses on long-term dev- elopment, the comprehensive building design of People's Bank of China Shaanxi Branch takes the green building as the theme, and implements this mainstream guideline in al stages inclu- deing the architectural design and construction stages, and the later operations management stages. This article mainly discu- sses the design philosophy of green buildings.
