This paper focused on the habitual issues under high speed urbanization. Through the understanding of the co- nnotation of human settlements theory, the author summed that the city human setlements are facing environmental improve- ment, concept diversity and increasingly differentiation of val- ue and discussed that the new trend of highly correlation of ecological, cultural, humanistic elements of the development of human setlements.
