In the process of economic development, water conservancy and hydro-power engineering occupies an imp-ortant position, so the management and control of water con-esrvancy and hydro-power project cost is of great significance. This paper focused on the analysis of the problems of cost management of water conservancy and hydro-power engine-ering and briefly discussed the measures of management and control in water conservancy and hydro-power project combi-ned with the actual projects.
