高速公路隧道内存在空间狭小、光线变化大等一系列不利于车辆行驶的特点，本文就重点对高速公路监控系统进行了研究。通过对其监控需求的分析来进行相应的设计，以解决隧道路段易发生交通事故和发生交通事故后不能及时有效处理的问题。

A series of characteristics such as smal space and light changes in the highway tunnel is not conducive to ve- hicles. This paper wil focus on studying the expressway mo- nitoring system. Through the analysis of the demand for mo- nitoring, the author carried out the corresponding design to solve the problems that traffic accidents are tend to happen on tunnel road and they can not be timely and effectively dealt with.
