This paper taking the project of Beiyan to Baiyun Lake depot section of the line eight of rail transit in Gu- angzhou as an example. From the depot set scale, total flat layout of the building, early exploration and other aspects, the author explored the investment control of vehicle depot and achieved good economic benefits, which has achieved the expected goal.
