With the development of our national economy, the real estate industry has a great development. This paper has carried on the analysis to the cost control of whole process of the real estate project and put forward corresponding counte- rmeasures, in order to make the housing estate enterprises can beter carry out the cost control of the whole process in order to improve the economic benefit.
