Cost control in the process of construction of the civil engineering can effectively reduce the construction cost to realize the optimization of design and implementation of the resource of the construction enterprises and to improve the resource utilization ratio. This paper took Xinjiang as an ex- ample, analyzing the problems of cost control in the process of our civil engineering construction and puting forward the ef- fective methods to improve the cost management.
