    With the arrival of the economic globalization, va- rious new structures and materials have emerged in const- ruction project which has put forward higher requirements on the construction management. This paper, combined with aut- hor’s experience, analyzed problems encountered in architect- tural engineering construction management and put forward relevant solutions.
