洁净厂房由于其生产工艺的特殊性,其防排烟设计不仅要求高效,还要尽量减少火灾中烟气、粉尘对其他区域造成的影响。本文从洁净厂房机械排烟设置部位、采用方式、排烟量和补风量设计等方面,对洁净厂房机械防排烟系统的设计进行了探讨。

Because of the special production process in clean plant, the smoke control design requires not only high effic- iency but also the reduction of the influence of flue gas, dust and fire on other areas as much as possible. In this paper, from the aspects of seting position, applied methods and the volume of exhaust gas and air supplement, the smoke control system design for clean workshop machinery were discussed.
