Cost control is the focus of the management of pr- ojects. Builders must embark on the project construction stric- tly according to management principles and carry on the cost control of the whole process to ensure that the project can be completed smoothly. Based on this, the paper discussed the cost control measures in the construction of engineering pro- jects to improve the management of the project investment.
