As an international competitive bidding form, the engineering quantity list quotation, compared to the fixed cost plus pricing mode, showing different management effects. Un- der the mode of engineering quantity list, this paper analyzed the basic characteristics of engineering quantity list quotation and discussed methods of construction project cost managem- ent under the mode in stages.
