The expansion of metro construction has made the quality of the subway construction project gradualy became the focus of atention and research. Therefore, it needs in the construction process to take corresponding warning measures for the monitoring to timely find and solve the problems in the construction. This paper analyzed the necessity of monitoring and early warning measures in the construction process and introduced several effective monitoring measures.
