With the arrival of the era of low carbon, the ra- tional use of resources and the environment in construction of smal towns in our country become an important part of sus- tainable development. In this paper, with the combination of these restrictive factors, the author discussed the development and measures of constructing energy-saving buildings smal towns in the low carbon era.
