Building energy-saving is further more complex th- an that of other energy-saving projects, so designers must carry out a long-term and effective plan. In this paper, the design of building energy saving in construction planning design is bri- efly discussed. The author put forward some opinions and su- ggestions of his own, hoping to choose building planning me- thods of the lowest cost and the highest eficiency.
