This paper mainly analyzed the operation principle, mode, operation situation, the difficulties encountered and the corresponding suggestions of the security risk management sy- stem of infrastructure fields (including electric power transmis- sion and transformation construction, smal infrastructure proj- ects and other construction projects) of the South Power Grid Corp. The author hoped to push the system would be more eff- ectively implemented in the field of infrastructure.
