在新型城镇化的背景下，城市边缘区的村庄迎来了发展契机，需提出新的规划导引已适应其发展需求。本文以增城莲塘村为例，探讨了叠加旅游要素的“概念规划--村庄规划”的多层级规划方法，以指导村庄规划建设，并予以实施。

In the new urbanization background, vilages in city fringe area is ushering in the opportunity of development, so, a new guidance planning is needed to put out to meet the demands of the development. This paper taking Liantang vil- lage in the city of Zeng as an example, discussed the multilevel programming method by the superposition of tourism elements, namely, the “concept planning--vilage planning”, in order to guide the planning and construction of vilages which has been implemented.
