本文采用因子分析方法，对平凉中心城区容积率空间分布特征进行了研究，得出了影响城区容积率的四类主要因素。通过对影响容积率公因子得分与现状指标的对比分析，划分出了城区容积率控制的四个特征区域，并对容积率的优化和调整提出了若干建议。

This paper, adopting factor analysis method, stud- ied the spatial distribution characteristics of volume rate of center city in Pingliang and found out four factors that infl- uence the volume rate. Through the analysis of the comparison between the common factor score affecting the volume and status indicators, divided the city into four featured regions of ratio control and put forward some suggestions on the opti- mization and adjustment of the volume rate.
