Participating in overseas construction projects is di- fferent from those domestic construction project experience operations and flexible project changes for the domestic ente- rprises. Foreign project construction is demanded to start the construction strictly according to the contract law, and builders should enhance the consciousness of risk management. This paper explored the risk management of overseas construction projects of domestic enterprises.
