This paper discussed, under the background of the new urbanization, the construction of industrial division and cooperation system based on the regional competition and cooperation. Taking the city group on Chengdu plain as an example, the author, according to the principles of comparative advantage and regional integration, through the method of cl- uster classification and longitudinal hierarchical chain, discus- sed how to establish the division and cooperation system of industrial clusters between the cities.
