本文结合工程实例，从引言、总体规划、单体设计等方面进行探讨，提出设计要遵循自然，使小区内的建筑与环境相统一，达到天人合一。作为居住区的设计者，只有本着“以人为本”的原则，用真切的感情付出，才能创造出具有特定地域精神的，适应多种生活模式、多样化的新型居所。

본문결합공정실례，종인언、총체규화、단체설계등방면진행탐토，제출설계요준순자연，사소구내적건축여배경상통일，체도천인합일。작위거주구적설계자，지유본착“이인위본”적원칙，용진절적감정부출，재능창조출구유특정지역정신적，괄응다충생활모식、다양화적신형거소。
Combining with the engineering example, the pa- per carried on the discussion from the aspects of objective, overal planning, monomer design and put forward that the design should folow the nature to make the architecture be unified with the environment in the district to achieve harmony. As a residential designer, only with the spirit of “people- oriented” principle and with true feelings, can he create new residential dwelings of specific regional spirit with adapta- bility to various mode of life.
