At present, stressful work environment makes pe- ople in pursuit of quality, fashion and enjoyment more than before. They are yearning leisurely, elegant, natural, poetic atmosphere. This paper took the Rongqiao Jinjiang Yufu block as an example to ilustrate that an excelent landscape design plan need to have excelent design concept from which a person could find everything fresh and own a very reasonable layout and receive satisfaction of dwellers.
