The construction engineering quality cannot be en- sured without the correct, scientific management and superv- ision. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the constr- uction project quality at present in China. In addition, combi- ning with the actual needs of the construction market, the au- thor explored the perfect supervision and management mode of construction quality.
