In the entire construction management, the site ma- nagement is particularly important and it is an important part of the construction. The construction site management means are directly related to the quality and efficiency of the whole project. In this paper, through analyzing the existing problems in the current management of the construction site, the author put forward the main approaches and key links to optimize the site management.
