The safety management of construction site is one of the most important management works in construction pr- ocess of building engineering. The author discussed the exist- ing problems in safety management in construction project on construction site and key points in safety management. At the same time the management strategies were put forward to imp- rove the efficiency of security in order to provide reference for managers.
