本文首先概述了目前我国房地产行业的发展情况，分析了结构设计对于开发成本的重要性，对设计阶段成本控制中存在的主要问题及原因进行了具体阐释，然后对结构优化设计过程中的成本控制要点进行详细分析，并且结合实例来分析建筑结构的尺寸优化对于成本的影响，最后分析计算结果并得出结论。

This paper outlines the development of China's real estate industry, analyses the importance of structure design for the development costs, carries on the detailed explanation of the main problems the reason of cost control in design stage, and then makes a detailed analysis of the structure optimiz- ation design process cost control points, and with examples to analyze the influence of building structure size optimization for the cost, finaly gets the results and conclusion.
