本文主要通过对中部小城镇--杨寨镇基本情况的详细分析，对杨寨镇“四化同步”建设的解决路径的探索及实施保障机制的建立，制定出了一条适合中部地区小城镇发展的模式--镇区带动、周边村庄集约发展的复合的极核发展模式。

In this paper, through a detailed analysis of the basic situation of the Yang Zhai town, a middle small town, the author explored the solving path of the simultaneous constr- uction of four modernization and the implementation guarantee mechanism developing a suitable development model for smal towns in central area, that is the combining nuclear developing mode in which the town drive the surrounding vilages to develop in a intensive way.
