The principle of distributed alarm system based on Wonderware platform is deeply studied this paper. A set of real-time alarm software applicable to railway power telecontrol system was designed and implemented. This system has the advantages of alarm information filtering and alarm mode set according to user's requirements. It effectively overcame the defects of the origi-nal alarm control provided by Wonderware platform,and implemented the real-time alarm monitoring of the railway power tele-control system.
