CEOs are the critical ones of company's strategic decision-making and strategic implementation. The succession modes of CEO have a significant impact on strategic change; also which are one of the hot issues which were paid close attention by scholars. This paper reviewed the development of CEO succession research and the findings of a study of CEO succession mode and strategic change.
