在调查分析我国高校图书馆微信服务开展现状的基础上，以南京地区高校为例，详细分析了大学生对高校图书馆微信服务的需求情况，并根据调查结果，提出了提升图书馆微信公众平台的营销力度、建立完善的微信服务交流平台、构建丰富的微信内容服务体系、针对性地开展微信服务、提升馆员业务素质与大学生信息素养等相关建议。

Based on the investigation and analysis on the current status of the micro letter service in domestic university libraries, and taking the universities and colleges in nanjing area as the example,this paper analyzes in detail university students’ demands for university library’s micro letter service, and according to the investigation results, puts forward some relevant suggestions such as increasing the marketing efforts for library’s micro letter public platform, establishing perfect micro letter service communication platform, constructing rich content service system for micro letter, carrying out the targeted micro letter service,and improving librarians’ professional quality and students’ information literacy, etc.
