从高校图书馆文献资源采购招标在图书馆整体建设中的重要性出发，阐述了高校图工委建设图书馆专家库的重要作用，分析了图书馆专家库在文献资源采购招标中的作用和目前存在的问题，并提出了解决现存问题的方法。

Starting from the importance of university library’s literature resources procurement bidding in the overall construction of the library, this paper expounds the important functions of library’s expert database constructed by the University Library Work Committee, analyzes the role of university library’s expert database in literature resources procurement bidding and existing problems in it, and puts forward some methods for solving the existing problems.
