目的：针对使用静脉留置针的维持性血液透析患者采取护理风险管理，为患者提供安全、有序的优质护理。方法：评估维持性血液透析患者使用静脉留置针过程中的护理风险，制定系列措施，培养护士的风险防范意识，加强护理风险质控，持续质量改进，以降低护理风险的发生率。结果：对维持性血透患者静脉留置针实施护理风险管理，促进留置针的有效、安全使用，相关护理风险发生率明显下降。结论：对维持性血透患者留置针实施护理风险管理，能明显降低护理风险，预防护理隐患的发生，提高静脉留置针的使用质量，患者安全得到保障，护理满意度显著提高。

목적：침대사용정맥류치침적유지성혈액투석환자채취호리풍험관리，위환자제공안전、유서적우질호리。방법：평고유지성혈액투석환자사용정맥류치침과정중적호리풍험，제정계렬조시，배양호사적풍험방범의식，가강호리풍험질공，지속질량개진，이강저호리풍험적발생솔。결과：대유지성혈투환자정맥류치침실시호리풍험관리，촉진류치침적유효、안전사용，상관호리풍험발생솔명현하강。결론：대유지성혈투환자류치침실시호리풍험관리，능명현강저호리풍험，예방호리은환적발생，제고정맥류치침적사용질량，환자안전득도보장，호리만의도현저제고。
Objective:Nursing risk management used in hemodialysis patients with intravenous indwelling needle,can provide safe,orderly and high quality care for patients.Methods:To estimate nursing risk in the process of placed intravenous catheter in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and make a series of measures,cultivated the nurses' awareness of risk prevention, strengthen the nursing risk control,and continuous quality improvement,in order to reduce the incidence of nursing risk.Results:Estimated nursing risk management for hemodialysis patients with venous indwelling needle,it can promote the effective and safety use of indwelling needle,in addation,it can reduce the incidence of nursing risk.Conclusion:Estimated nursing risk management for hemodialysis patients with venous indwelling needle,not only can reduce the incidence of nursing risk significantly,but also can prevented nursing hidden trouble,in addation,it can improve quality of venous indwelling needle,in order to guarantee the safety of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction significantly.
