目的：探讨综合护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤并发病理性骨折患者的护理体会。方法：2005-2013年收治多发性骨髓瘤并发病理性骨折患者61例，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、疼痛评分均显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：多发性骨髓瘤并发病理性骨折患者应用综合护理干预，可以明显改善患者的生活质量。
目的：探討綜閤護理榦預在多髮性骨髓瘤併髮病理性骨摺患者的護理體會。方法：2005-2013年收治多髮性骨髓瘤併髮病理性骨摺患者61例，隨機分為兩組，對照組給予常規護理，觀察組給予綜閤護理榦預，對比兩組護理效果。結果：觀察組焦慮自評量錶評分、抑鬱自評量錶評分、疼痛評分均顯著低于對照組，差異均具有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：多髮性骨髓瘤併髮病理性骨摺患者應用綜閤護理榦預，可以明顯改善患者的生活質量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예재다발성골수류병발병이성골절환자적호리체회。방법：2005-2013년수치다발성골수류병발병이성골절환자61례，수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여종합호리간예，대비량조호리효과。결과：관찰조초필자평량표평분、억욱자평량표평분、동통평분균현저저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：다발성골수류병발병이성골절환자응용종합호리간예，가이명현개선환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of comprehensive nursing intervention in multiple myeloma patients combined with pathological fracture.Methods:61 multiple myeloma patients combined with pathological fracture were selected from 2005 to 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional nursing.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety self-assessment rating scale score,depression self rating scale score and pain score of patients of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in multiple myeloma patients combined with pathological fracture can significantly improve the life quality of the patients.
