目的：探讨舒适护理在手术室护理工作中的效果。方法：2012年1月-2013年12月收治经过手术治疗的患者118例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各59例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组常规护理基础上进行舒适护理干预，对护理工作满意度及舒适度进行对比。结果：观察组舒适度和对护理工作满意度均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：舒适护理能够满足患者的需求，有效提高患者舒适度及护理满意度，值得临床应用与推广。

목적：탐토서괄호리재수술실호리공작중적효과。방법：2012년1월-2013년12월수치경과수술치료적환자118례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각59례。대조조진행상규호리，관찰조상규호리기출상진행서괄호리간예，대호리공작만의도급서괄도진행대비。결과：관찰조서괄도화대호리공작만의도균명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：서괄호리능구만족환자적수구，유효제고환자서괄도급호리만의도，치득림상응용여추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in operation room.Methods:118 patients who were treated with operation were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group added comfortable nursing intervention,then we compared satisfaction and comfort of patients in two groups.Results:The comfort and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significante(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing can meet the needs of patients,and also can effectively improve the comfort degree of patients and nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
