目的:探讨纤维支气管镜对肺不张病因判断的应用价值。方法:2012年1月-2014年4月收治确诊为肺不张患者100例,行纤维支气管镜观察、活检、刷检等,对其纤维支气管镜检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果:100例肺不张患者中,病因分布情况为恶性肿瘤69例、结核18例、炎症9例、结石2例、血块和异物各1例。右肺不张患者58例,其中全肺不张患者6例,肺上叶、中叶、下叶不张患者分别为20例、20例和12例;左肺不张患者42例,其中全肺不张患者5例,肺上叶、下叶不张患者分别为23例和14例。结论:纤维支气管镜检测对于肺不张患者病因明确具有积极的临床价值。

목적:탐토섬유지기관경대폐불장병인판단적응용개치。방법:2012년1월-2014년4월수치학진위폐불장환자100례,행섬유지기관경관찰、활검、쇄검등,대기섬유지기관경검측결과진행회고성분석。결과:100례폐불장환자중,병인분포정황위악성종류69례、결핵18례、염증9례、결석2례、혈괴화이물각1례。우폐불장환자58례,기중전폐불장환자6례,폐상협、중협、하협불장환자분별위20례、20례화12례;좌폐불장환자42례,기중전폐불장환자5례,폐상협、하협불장환자분별위23례화14례。결론:섬유지기관경검측대우폐불장환자병인명학구유적겁적림상개치。
Objective:To investigate the value of fiber bronchoscope appllyed on pulmonary atelectasis judgment.Methods:100 patients diagnosed as pulmonary atelectasis were selected from January 2012 to April 2014.All of those patients were underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy,biopsy and brush biopsy,then we retrospectively analyzed their fiber bronchoscope result.Results:In 100 patients with pulmonary atelectasis,69 cases were malignant tumors;18 cases were tuberculosis;9 cases were inflammation, moreover;2 cases were calculi;blood clots in 1 case and foreign body in 1 case.In addition,58 cases were with right pulmonary atelectasis,including 6 cases of whole pulmonary atelectasis,and there were 20 cases, 20 cases and 12 cases respectively in upper lobe,middle,lower lobe atelectasis.42 patients were left lung atelectasis,including 5 patients with whole pulmonary atelectasis, therefore,there were 23 cases of upper lung atelectasis and 14 cases of lower lobe atelectasis.Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy detection has a positive effect in definite etiology of pulmonary atelectasis,so it is worthy of clinical application.
