目的：探究胎盘抑制素A(inhibin-A)、胎盘激活素A(activin-A)与胎盘抑制素B(inhibin-B)在子痫前期的基因表达水平及关系。方法：2013年2月-2014年5月收治子痫前期患者50例作为观察组，正常孕妇50例作为对照组，观察组与对照组检测胎盘 inhibin-A、activin-A 及 inhibin-B 基因表达水平，对比观察组胎盘 inhibin-A、activin-A 及inhibin-B 水平与正常孕妇基因表达水平，分析其临床意义。结果：在分娩结束后检测胎盘组织发现，观察组胎盘inhibin-A、activin-A基因表达水平明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；而胎盘inhibin-B基因表达水平两组差异不明显，P＞0.05。结论：胎盘inhibin-A、activin-A水平与胎盘功能密切相关，是测定胎盘功能的有效指标。
목적：탐구태반억제소A(inhibin-A)、태반격활소A(activin-A)여태반억제소B(inhibin-B)재자간전기적기인표체수평급관계。방법：2013년2월-2014년5월수치자간전기환자50례작위관찰조，정상잉부50례작위대조조，관찰조여대조조검측태반 inhibin-A、activin-A 급 inhibin-B 기인표체수평，대비관찰조태반 inhibin-A、activin-A 급inhibin-B 수평여정상잉부기인표체수평，분석기림상의의。결과：재분면결속후검측태반조직발현，관찰조태반inhibin-A、activin-A기인표체수평명현고우대조조，P＜0.05；이태반inhibin-B기인표체수평량조차이불명현，P＞0.05。결론：태반inhibin-A、activin-A수평여태반공능밀절상관，시측정태반공능적유효지표。
Objective:To investigate the relationship and levels of the gene expression of placental inhibin A(inhibin-A),placental activin A(activin-A)and placental inhibin B(inhibin-B)in preeclampsia.Methods:50 patients with preeclampsia were selected from February 2013 to May 2014 as the observation group,and 50 cases of normal pregnant women were as the control group.The observation group and the control group were detected the inhibin-A,activin-A and inhibin-B gene expression levels,then we compared the observation group of the inhibin-A,activin-A and inhibin-B gene expression levels with normal pregnant women and analyzed its clinical significance.Results:After delivery,detecting placental tissue found,the observation group of inhibin-A, activin-A gene expression level were significantly higher,P<0.05;the inhibin-B gene expression levels between the two groups were not obvious,P>0.05.Conclusion:Inhibin-A,activin-A level are closely related to placental function.They are effective indicator measuring placental function.
