目的：观察消脂除满胶囊治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：2013年1月-2014年6月收治痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝患者80例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各40例。对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊，治疗组给予消脂除满胶囊，观察两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗组的肝功能和脂肪肝改善程度优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：消脂除满胶囊在治疗非酒精性脂肪肝方面有确切疗效，值得进一步研究和推广。

목적：관찰소지제만효낭치료담습내조형비주정성지방간적림상료효。방법：2013년1월-2014년6월수치담습내조형비주정성지방간환자80례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，각40례。대조조급여수비계빈효낭，치료조급여소지제만효낭，관찰량조환자적료효。결과：치료조적간공능화지방간개선정도우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：소지제만효낭재치료비주정성지방간방면유학절료효，치득진일보연구화추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao Zhi Chu Man capsules in the treatment of phlegmy wet resistance type nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:80 patients with phlegmy wet resistance type nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected from January 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given Silibinin capsules.The treatment group were given Xiao Zhi Chu Man capsules.The curative effects of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The improvement degrees of liver function and fatty liver in the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Zhi Chu Man capsules have exact curative effect in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease on signs and symptoms.It is worth of further study and promotion.
