目的：分析有妇产科手术史的异位妊娠患者行腹腔镜治疗的可行性及临床价值。方法：2013年4月-2014年4月收治异位妊娠患者134例，均有妇产科手术史，随机平均分为对照组和研究组，每组67例，对照组给予开腹手术治疗，研究组给予腹腔镜治疗，记录并分析两组有关时间指标和并发症发生率情况。结果：研究组手术时间、切口愈合时间以及住院时间均比对照组短，比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组肿胀、感染、肠管损伤及输尿管损伤并发症明显少于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：有妇产科手术史的异位妊娠患者行腹腔镜治疗具有良好的临床疗效，能够减少对女性患者的组织伤害，且安全性较高。
목적：분석유부산과수술사적이위임신환자행복강경치료적가행성급림상개치。방법：2013년4월-2014년4월수치이위임신환자134례，균유부산과수술사，수궤평균분위대조조화연구조，매조67례，대조조급여개복수술치료，연구조급여복강경치료，기록병분석량조유관시간지표화병발증발생솔정황。결과：연구조수술시간、절구유합시간이급주원시간균비대조조단，비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；연구조종창、감염、장관손상급수뇨관손상병발증명현소우대조조，비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：유부산과수술사적이위임신환자행복강경치료구유량호적림상료효，능구감소대녀성환자적조직상해，차안전성교고。
Objective:To analyze the feasibility and clinical value of laparoscopy treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients with gynecology and obstetrics surgery history.Methods:314 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They all had gynecology and obstetrics surgery history.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 67 cases in each.The control group were given laparotomy operation treatment.The research group were treated with laparoscopic treatment.The relevant time index and the complication incidence rate of two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results:The operation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopy treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients with gynecology and obstetrics surgery history has good clinical curative effect.It can reduce the tissue damage of female patients, and its security is higher.
