目的：分析总结中药在临床用药的安全性并制定中药合理用药的相应措施。方法随机选取2012年5月-2014年5月期间，在该院采用中药治疗发生不良反应的189例患者，回顾性分析其临床资料，并对临床合理用药的安全性进行总结。结果发生不良反应的患者中有中药和西药不合理联用的69例，中药不按规定炮制的有49例，药物使用方法和剂量错误的有32例，没有对症用药的有26例，其他原因引起的有13例。结论合理用药是临床应用的重要方面，中药在临床应用过程中，应对其配伍，煎煮，炮制和辩证等加强管理，确保患者的用药安全。
목적：분석총결중약재림상용약적안전성병제정중약합리용약적상응조시。방법수궤선취2012년5월-2014년5월기간，재해원채용중약치료발생불량반응적189례환자，회고성분석기림상자료，병대림상합리용약적안전성진행총결。결과발생불량반응적환자중유중약화서약불합리련용적69례，중약불안규정포제적유49례，약물사용방법화제량착오적유32례，몰유대증용약적유26례，기타원인인기적유13례。결론합리용약시림상응용적중요방면，중약재림상응용과정중，응대기배오，전자，포제화변증등가강관리，학보환자적용약안전。
Objective To analyze and summarize the safety of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine and formulate the cor-responding measures for the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 189 patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine with adverse reactions in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were randomly selected, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. And the safety of clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized. Results Among the patients with adverse reactions, 69 cases were caused by irrational combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, 49 cases were caused by non-standard processing of traditional Chinese medicine, 32 cases by incorrect drug use and doses, 26 cases by non-symptomatic medication, and 13 cases by other causes. Conclusion Rational drug use is an important as-pect of the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, the compatibility, decoction, processing and dialectical medications should be given strict management in the clinical application process so as to ensure the medication safety of the patients.
