目的:研究分析宫颈液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)联合高危型人乳头状瘤病毒检测(HPV DNA)及组织学活检对宫颈癌及癌前病变检出中的作用。方法选择该院2013年8月-2014年5月进行的1827例宫颈癌筛查的已婚女性进行TCT液基细胞学检查和HPV DNA检测,对TCT或HPV阳性者进行阴道镜下宫颈活组织检查,并以宫颈组织病理学结果作为确诊标准与TCT及HPV DNA结果进行对照分析。结果1827例中TCT阳性者226(12.37%)例;HPV DNA检测高危阳性者193例(10.56%);宫颈活检CINⅠ43例,CINⅡ27例,CINⅢ12例,SCC 15例。结论 TCT联合HPV DNA检测及宫颈活检能大大提高宫颈疾病的检出率,对早期筛查具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To explore and analyze the value of TCT and high-risk HPV DNA detection combined with biopsy examina-tion for screening cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 1827 married women underwent cervical cancer screening in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2014 were selected for TCT and HPV DNA detection. Then the patients with positive TCT or HPV result underwent colposcopic cervical biopsy. The cervical histopathological findings were selected as the diagnostic crite-ria. And a cross-check analysis was performed between the cervical histopathological findings and the results of TCT and HPV DNA detection. Results Of the 1827 patients, 226 patients were found with positive results by TCT, the positive rate was 12.37%;193 were found with positive results by high-risk HPV DNA detection, the positive rate was 10.56%; examined by biopsy, CINⅠstage 43 cases, CINIIstage 27 cases, CINⅢstage 12 cases, SCC stage 15 cases. Conclusion TCT combined with high-risk HPV DNA detection and cervical biopsy can raise the detection rate of cervical diseases significantly, which is of important guiding sig-nificance for early screening.
