目的：探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理措施，总结其经验。方法：2010年1月-2014年1月采用中西医结合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者95例，回顾性分析临床及护理资料。结果：95例患者中痊愈50例，显效27例，有效16例，无效2例，总有效率97.5%。结论：综合、全面的护理措施有助于提高腰椎间盘突出症的中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。

목적：탐토중서의결합치료요추간반돌출증적림상호리조시，총결기경험。방법：2010년1월-2014년1월채용중서의결합요법치료요추간반돌출증환자95례，회고성분석림상급호리자료。결과：95례환자중전유50례，현효27례，유효16례，무효2례，총유효솔97.5%。결론：종합、전면적호리조시유조우제고요추간반돌출증적중서의결합치료적림상료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing measures of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,to summarize the experience.Methods:The clinical and nursing data of 95 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine from January 2010 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In 95 cases,50 cases were cured;27 cases were markedly effective;16 cases were effective;2 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 97.5% .Conclusion:The comprehensive and overall nursing measures are useful in improving the clinical curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
