目的：探讨健康体检中经B超诊断脂肪肝的临床特点，为提高脂肪肝的诊断并提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治健康体检者1258例，应用B超对患者进行脂肪肝检查，并统计分析患病者性别、年龄等临床资料。结果：1258例体检者经B超诊断脂肪肝患者609例，检出率48.41%，男性患者显著高于女性患者，且患病年龄较女性患者小，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；其中轻度脂肪肝161例(26.44%)，中度脂肪肝355例(58.29%)，重度脂肪肝93例(15.27%)，脂肪肝合并高血脂378例。结论：健康体检中经B超诊断脂肪肝以男性居多，中度脂肪肝患者比例较高，同时合并高血脂患者易发脂肪肝。

목적：탐토건강체검중경B초진단지방간적림상특점，위제고지방간적진단병제고환자생활질량제공이론의거。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치건강체검자1258례，응용B초대환자진행지방간검사，병통계분석환병자성별、년령등림상자료。결과：1258례체검자경B초진단지방간환자609례，검출솔48.41%，남성환자현저고우녀성환자，차환병년령교녀성환자소，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；기중경도지방간161례(26.44%)，중도지방간355례(58.29%)，중도지방간93례(15.27%)，지방간합병고혈지378례。결론：건강체검중경B초진단지방간이남성거다，중도지방간환자비례교고，동시합병고혈지환자역발지방간。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of the B ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver in health examination, in order to improve the diagnosis of fatty liver and provide a theoretical basis to improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods:1 258 healthy subjects were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.We used B ultrasound examination on the patients with fatty liver disease,and analyzed the gender,age and other clinical data.Results:In 1 258 patients,609 cases were fatty liver diagnosed by B ultrasound,and the detection rate was 48.41%.Male patients were significantly higher than that in female patients;the age was smaller than the female patients;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).161 cases(26.44% ) were low-grade fatty liver;355 cases(58.29%) were moderate fatty liver;93 cases(15.27%) were severe fatty liver;378 cases were fatty liver and hyperlipemia.Conclusion:In health examination,male fatty liver is more diagnosed by B ultrasound.The proportion of patients with moderate fatty liver is higher.At the same time combined with hyperlipidemia patients are prone to fatty liver.
