目的：探析中西医结合方法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效及其临床价值。方法：2011年7月-2014年7月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者88例，所有患者均采取中西医结合治疗方法，观察患者的呼吸衰竭缓解情况、死亡率以及治疗有效率。结果：88例患者中，显效46例，显效率52.27%；有效40例，有效率45.45%；治疗总有效率97.73%。另外2例患者治疗无效死亡，都曾行呼吸机辅助呼吸。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭效果显著，具有较大临床价值与应用前景，值得大力推广。
목적：탐석중서의결합방법치료만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈적료효급기림상개치。방법：2011년7월-2014년7월수치만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈환자88례，소유환자균채취중서의결합치료방법，관찰환자적호흡쇠갈완해정황、사망솔이급치료유효솔。결과：88례환자중，현효46례，현효솔52.27%；유효40례，유효솔45.45%；치료총유효솔97.73%。령외2례환자치료무효사망，도증행호흡궤보조호흡。결론：중서의결합치료만성조새성폐질병합병호흡쇠갈효과현저，구유교대림상개치여응용전경，치득대력추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:88 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were selected from June 2011 to June 2014.All patients were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine.We observed the remission of acute respiratory failure,mortality and treatment efficiency.Results:In 88 cases,46 cases were markedly effective,and markedly effective rate was 52.27%;40 cases were effective,and efficiency was 45.45%.Total effective rate of treatment was 97.73% .The other 2 cases died because of ineffective treatment,who were given mechanical ventilation. Conclusion:The application of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure is obvious.It is of great clinical value and application prospect,and it is worth promoting.
