目的：研究不同心肺复苏方式的临床效果比较。方法：2012年6月-2013年6月收治心肺复苏治疗患者58例，随机分为观察组和对照组各29例。观察组采用序贯性气道开放方式行心肺复苏治疗，对照组通过非序贯性气道开放方式行心肺复苏治疗。比较两组患者的通气时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、治疗效果。结果：观察组的通气时间、自主呼吸时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组中治疗有效21例，有效率72.4%，对照组中治疗有效15例，有效率51.7%，观察组复苏有效率优于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在序贯性气道开放过程中，可通过使用喉罩或普通面罩使气道开放，便于使心肺复苏成功率提升，值得临床推广应用。
목적：연구불동심폐복소방식적림상효과비교。방법：2012년6월-2013년6월수치심폐복소치료환자58례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각29례。관찰조채용서관성기도개방방식행심폐복소치료，대조조통과비서관성기도개방방식행심폐복소치료。비교량조환자적통기시간、자주호흡회복시간、치료효과。결과：관찰조적통기시간、자주호흡시간균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조중치료유효21례，유효솔72.4%，대조조중치료유효15례，유효솔51.7%，관찰조복소유효솔우우대조조，대비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재서관성기도개방과정중，가통과사용후조혹보통면조사기도개방，편우사심폐복소성공솔제승，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation method.Methods:58 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected from June 2012 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with sequential airway opening the way for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The control group were treated with non sequential airway opening the way for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.We compared ventilation time,independent breathing recovery time,treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,ventilation time,spontaneous breathing time were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,21 cases had effective treatment,and efficiency was 72.4%;in the control group,15 cases had effective treatment,and efficiency was 51.7%.In the observation group,the effective rate of recovery was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of sequential airway opening,through the use of laryngeal mask or mask the airway open,it can improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.It is worthy of clinical application.
