Pantoprazole sodium for injection%Severe craniocerebral injury%Stress induced gastric mucosal damage%Clinical study
目的：探讨泮托拉唑钠注射液静滴预防重度颅脑损伤患者并发应激性胃黏膜损害的临床效果。方法：2012年3月-2014年6月收治重度颅脑损伤并发应激性胃黏膜损害患者68例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组单纯给予降颅内压、调节水电解质、营养支持等常规西医基础疗法；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予泮托拉唑钠注射液静滴。7 d 为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。比较治疗前后患者胃液 pH 值及胃液红细胞数。结果：治疗前，两组患者的胃液pH值及胃液红细胞数差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后，两组患者胃液pH值及胃液红细胞数均有所改善，以观察组治疗后胃液pH值及胃液红细胞数较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05)。结论：泮托拉唑钠注射液静滴能有效预防重度颅脑损伤患者并发的应激性胃黏膜损害，降低患者胃液pH值及胃液红细胞数，疗效满意，值得临床深入研究运用。

목적：탐토반탁랍서납주사액정적예방중도로뇌손상환자병발응격성위점막손해적림상효과。방법：2012년3월-2014년6월수치중도로뇌손상병발응격성위점막손해환자68례，안조수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조각34례。대조조단순급여강로내압、조절수전해질、영양지지등상규서의기출요법；관찰조재대조조치료적기출상급여반탁랍서납주사액정적。7 d 위1개료정，치료2개료정。비교치료전후환자위액 pH 치급위액홍세포수。결과：치료전，량조환자적위액pH치급위액홍세포수차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；치료후，량조환자위액pH치급위액홍세포수균유소개선，이관찰조치료후위액pH치급위액홍세포수교대조조명현강저(P＜0.05)。결론：반탁랍서납주사액정적능유효예방중도로뇌손상환자병발적응격성위점막손해，강저환자위액pH치급위액홍세포수，료효만의，치득림상심입연구운용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium for injection by intravenous drip in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients complicated with stress induced gastric mucosal damage.Methods:68 patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress gastric mucosal lesion were selected from March 2012 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The control group were only given to reduce intracranial pressure,regulation of water electrolyte,nutritional support and other conventional western medicine basic therapy;the observation group were given pantoprazole sodium for injection by intravenous drip based on the control group treatment.7 d was 1 courses.They were treated for 2 courses.We compared the pH value of gastric juice and gastric juice of red blood cells of patients before and after the treatment.Results:The differences of the pH value of gastric juice and gastric juice of red cell count of between the two groups before the treatment did not reach statistical significance(P>0.05);the pH value of gastric juice and gastric juice of red blood cells of the two group patients after the treatment were improved,and the pH value of gastric juice and gastric juice of red blood cells of the patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole sodium intravenous injection can be effective in preventing stress-induced gastric mucosal injury in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and reduce the pH value of gastric juice and gastric juice of red blood cell counts.The curative effect is satisfaction,so it is worthy of further clinical research application.
