目的：探讨四季微调降压药的效果。方法：收治高血压患者409例，按季节调整高血压药物用量，观察血压控制情况。结果：90%高血压患者血压控制达标。结论：四季微调降压药的效果显著。

목적：탐토사계미조강압약적효과。방법：수치고혈압환자409례，안계절조정고혈압약물용량，관찰혈압공제정황。결과：90%고혈압환자혈압공제체표。결론：사계미조강압약적효과현저。
Objective:To explore the effect of fine adjustment of antihypertensive drugs in the four seasons.Methods:409 patients with hypertension were selected.We adjusted the dose of antihypertensive drugs according to seasons,and we observed the control of blood pressure.Results:Blood pressure control of 90% patients was achieved.Conclusion:The effect of fine adjustment of antihypertensive drugs in the four seasons is significant.
