目的：探究奥美拉唑的临床药理作用，比较进口与国产奥美拉唑的临床疗效。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治消化道溃疡患者88例，分为对照组(39例)和观察组(49例)，对照组予以进口奥美拉唑治疗，观察组则采用国产奥美拉唑治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果：两组的临床疗效相当，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；对照组的医疗负担高于观察组，其差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：国产奥美拉唑的治疗成本低于进口奥美拉唑，而进口与国产奥美拉唑的临床疗效相当，国产奥美拉唑值得推广。

목적：탐구오미랍서적림상약리작용，비교진구여국산오미랍서적림상료효。방법：2013년3월-2014년3월수치소화도궤양환자88례，분위대조조(39례)화관찰조(49례)，대조조여이진구오미랍서치료，관찰조칙채용국산오미랍서치료，대량조환자적림상료효진행비교분석。결과：량조적림상료효상당，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；대조조적의료부담고우관찰조，기차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：국산오미랍서적치료성본저우진구오미랍서，이진구여국산오미랍서적림상료효상당，국산오미랍서치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical pharmacological effect of omeprazole,and to compare the clinical efficacy of domestic and imported omeprazole.Methods:88 patients with peptic ulcer were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They were divided into the control group(39 cases) and the observation group(49 cases).The control group were treated with imported omeprazole.The observation group were treated with omeprazole.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups were equivalent,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);in the control group,the patients medical burden was higher than the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment cost of domestic omeprazole is lower than imported omeprazole.Clinical efficacy of domestic and imported omeprazole is considerable.Domestic omeprazole is worthy of popularization.
