文章通过对现有企业社会责任管理模型的分析建立了四层的金字塔状企业社会责任管理模型,并对模型做了分层介绍.最后针对企业社会责任管理模型建立时应注意的问题进行了必要的探索,以期对企业社会责任管理体系的建立有所帮助.

This paper established the pyramid shape corporate social responsibility management model of four layers based on the existing enterprise social responsibility management model, and introduced the model from layering. Finally, explore the problems which we should pay attention to when establishing corporate social responsibility management model, hoping to be helpfull to the establishment of corporate social responsibility management model.
